CBS announced Sunday that is pulling the plug on the William Shatner vehicle '$#*! My Dad Says' after just one season.
The sitcom, which was based on the popular Twitter feed by Justin Halpern, debuted to strong ratings last fall, but stumbled as the season progressed. Critics' reviews, meanwhile, were less than kind.
Also getting the axe: the legal drama 'The Defenders' and the new comedy 'Mad Love,' co-starring Judy Greer.
CBS Wants Charlie Sheen Back on ‘Two and a Half Men’
Charlie Sheen's "WINNING" streak continues, as RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting that CBS wants the troubled actor back on 'Two and a Half Men' just weeks after Warner Bros. unceremoniously fired him from the show.
Insiders claim that a top network executive is ready to move on from Sheen's recent erratic behavior, which included a very public fallout with show creator Chuck Lorre, in which the tiger blood-fueled Sheen referred to Lorre as a "clown" and a "turd," among other things.
